API Pro Reporting

One of the most important features in a Computerized Maintenance Management System is the reporting facility – that is, the means to get all the valuable data stored in the system, presented in a structured and easy to read form. To be able to present the information the user wants, APIPRO provides several different reporting options:

Crystal Reports printouts
Printouts in the system, such as Job cards and Purchase Orders, can be printed using Crystal Reports design. In the Form Design Module a template is available for each printout.

Analysis reports

The API PRO Analysis and Performance Module provides a wide range of pre-defined analysis reports for all maintenance related data. Different selection criteria and report options can be defined in order to extract the data and present it in the manner wanted. All reports are displayed graphically as Excel graphs.

Built-in Browser based reports
All Point & Shoot browsers – which presents all data for a specific table, e.g. Maintenance object – have a Print option. When pressing the Print button in the Tool bar, all the data displayed in the browser is displayed in a simple report which can be printed, saved and/or sent as e-mail. This data can also be exported to MS Excel.

VsPrint printouts

The same standard printouts which are available as Crystal Reports templates are also available as VsPrint templates. Also the VsPrint templates can be edited as wanted.

Direct integration with Crystal Reports

In the Basic menu a Crystal Reports option is available. From this program all kinds of Crystal Reports reports can be accessed and viewed. The reports can easily be distributed to the APIPRO users by adding them to the Crystal Reports program.
