The APIPRO Internal Purchase Requests Module dramatically optimizes cross organizational communication and paper flows. Users not allowed to generate external purchase orders can create internal requests on-screen, monitor the order status from purchase order and confirmation to delivery, including continuously updated delivery dates. Internal purchase requests are similar to the purchase order lines and include all accounting, work order, proposed supplier, agreed price and required delivery date information.
