The APIPRO Mobile Solution, which runs on Pocket PC or Palm Pilot, is a unique paperless solution for the users of API PRO. The functionality available on PDA is the work order program and the Inspection round program. Work order or Inspection/Lubrication rounds are easily transferred to the PDA. The job is then performed, registered directly in the PDA and then transferred back into APIPRO. This way of working eliminates paper work and reduces data entry failures by elimination of double registration - first on paper and then in the system.
