The APIPRO Job Ordering Module is a communication tool linking production with maintenance. The module is intended for elimination of inefficient communication and paperwork. It provides production with instant access to report problems to be solved directly in the maintenance departments. The work requests can order by terminals or PCs located in the production area. The operator can enter a problem description, a specification of where the problem is, whether the line or machine is stopped, and even to which maintenance department the order should go.

The work request will instantly show up on the job monitor in the maintenance department. The job can be executed, printed and registered directly or be planned as a work order and fed back after execution. All the functionality available in the API PRO Maintenance module can be used. The job monitor will show the list of currently active work orders in a priority order, according to the machine priority, the date and time of the work order or machine was stopped or not.
