The APIPRO
Inspection Module holds a
flexible round controlled system
for setting up inspection and
lubrication rounds in a logical
route throughout the plant. The
user controls the execution
order for each round -
independent of the numbering
systems used for machines or
inspection / lubrication points.
Each round can have multiple
points to be handled with
individual
inspection/lubrication
intervals. The intervals can be
controlled by date intervals
and/or counter based intervals.
The built-in
template system allows for easy
creation of inspection and/or
lubrication rounds based on
existing templates. Setting up
complete templates with multiple
points for a specific type of
machinery is easy, and can be
copied easily to generate
similar inspection / lubrication
rounds for all other machine
types via the technical ID
number, equipment group and/or
code.
